The Organizer sincerely invites AI enthusiasts and invention enthusiasts from all over the world to participate in the 2021 World Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition(WAICY), and the 2021 IDUSA Pittsburgh International Innovation Competition, held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; this event has high authority and good reputation internationally, the achievements of the award-winning students have been recognized by universities around the world; Beijing Haixingzhiyun Cultural Development Co., Ltd. is responsible for the organization of the Chinese Innovation Delegation, and it is now recruiting participating members from all over the country.
The 2021 World Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition(WAICY), and the 2021 IDUSA International Innovation Competition are renowned global competitions hosted by ReadyAI in conjunction with the World Invention Alliance, IDUSA, and top scholars from the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Hundreds of students and teams from different countries participate in the competition each year. The competition received recognition from the City Council of Pittsburgh and the school districts in Pittsburgh. ReadyAI is the first comprehensive K-12 AI education company to create an “out-of-the-box ready” and complete program to teach AI. Our mission is to provide AI education that empowers students to use AI to change the world. It is supported by the artificial intelligence teaching software Calypso developed by Professor Touretzky from the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University.

July 10, 2021, location: online;
November 18 to November 27, 2021, location: U.S. or online.
- Registration conditions:
- Participants: students, teachers, parents, and companies at all levels and all types of schools are able to register;
- Visitors participating in the IDUSA must have invention and innovation works (innovative objects or models), and must submit an exhibition board, a 200-word introduction of the project in Chinese and English, and a video of the introduction of the work for 3 minutes as required;
- The World Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition(WAICY) needs its participants to prepare their own innovative works related to artificial intelligence (to display);
- All entries must be reviewed by the Chinese Innovation Delegation Expert Review Committee or the Regional Service Center before they can represent the Chinese Delegation to join in the International Invention Competition;
- Competition process:
On-site
Exhibition arrangement: arrange the invention and innovation works and exhibition boards brought from China in the corresponding booth;
Exhibition and communication: live presentations and displays, introduce invention and innovation works to judges and audiences, including title setting, design, function and innovation, etc.; communicate with participants from other countries on their invention and innovation works, etc.;
Oral Defense: a question and answer session between the judges and the contestants;
Award Ceremony: an awards ceremony with certificates and medals.
Online
To participate in the competition, your team is required to submit a digital exhibition poster, a project introduction of 200 words in both Chinese and English, and a presentation video of 3 minutes explaining the work prior to the competition date. The judges will review all submissions and issue certificates and medals based on the award results.

主办方诚挚邀请世界各地人工智能爱好者及发明爱好者参加2021世界青少年WAICY人工智能竞赛和2021美国匹兹堡IDUSA国际发明竞赛，举办地为美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡；该项活动在国际上享有较高权威和声誉，获奖学生成绩得到世界各国大学的认可；中国创新代表团由北京海星之韵文化发展有限公司负责组织工作，现面向全国招收参展成员。
2021世界青少年WAICY人工智能竞赛和2021美国匹兹堡IDUSA国际发明竞赛是由美国ReadyAI联合世界发明联盟、IDUSA、卡内基梅隆大学计算机学院顶尖学者主办的一项国际知名赛事。每年有来自世界多个国家、多支代表队、400多个项目参赛，竞赛获得美国匹兹堡政府和匹兹堡各学区的大力支持。ReadyAI致力于为全球青少年儿童提供最先进、最纯正的人工智能教育与应用，配套由卡内基梅隆大学计算机学院托雷斯基教授研发的人工智能教学软件Calypso，致力于打造全球最适合青少年AI教育的体系。
一、时间地点：

2021年11月 18 日至11月27 日，地点：美国或线上。
二、报名条件：
- 参加对象：各级各类学校在校学生、老师、家长、企业均可报名；
- 参加美国匹兹堡IDUSA国际发明竞赛访问者须有发明创新作品（创新实物、模型均可），须按要求提交展板、项目中英文介绍200字、讲解作品视频3分钟；
- 世界青少年WAICY人工智能竞赛需自备人工智能相关的创新作品参赛（展示）；
- 所有的参赛作品都必须经过中国创新代表团专家评审委员会或区域服务中心评审通过后，方可参加中国代表队进入国际比赛；
三、比赛流程：
1、现场
布展：在相对应的展位，布置由国内带过来的发明创新作品和展板；
展示与交流：现场演讲展示，向评委及观众介绍发明创新作品，包括定题、设计、功能作用、创新部分等；和其他国家参展选手沟通交流各自的发明创新作品等；
答辩：评委与选手之间进行问答环节；
颁奖典礼：颁发证书及奖牌。
2、线上
以视频形式答辩，须按要求提前提交展板、项目中英文介绍200字、讲解作品视频3分钟，评委评审后颁发证书及奖牌。
